4. Risk Acknowledgement & Aftercare
I understand that tattooing involves inherent risks including infection, allergic reaction, and scarring, and that these risks are increased if aftercare instructions are not followed.
I have been informed of and understand the aftercare instructions for my tattoo.
I understand that the final result may differ slightly from reference images and that touch-ups may be required.
I understand that colours and fine line detail may fade over time and that this is a normal part of the tattooing process.

Photographs may be taken of the completed tattoo for portfolio and social media use. Please indicate your preference:
